Man seen kicking puppy multiple times, California police say

Authorities in Southern California are searching for a man who was caught on surveillance video allegedly kicking a small puppy.

According to the Anaheim Police Department, the alleged abuse occurred around 8 a.m. on April 7 near Interstate 5 and Brookhurst Avenue. FOX Los Angeles report.

A man can be seen on video walking his dog from a street corner. He was seen holding a dog in one hand and a bicycle in the other. As he walked toward the drain, he heard a dog making noise.

The report said the man dropped his bike, threw the dog and then kicked the animal.

Off-camera, a man could be heard repeatedly kicking the dog and the dog could be heard crying. Authorities were searching for the man and the puppy.

He is described as 5-foot-10 tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, and having black hair and brown eyes.
