An unusual opportunity for personal growth has emerged.
A man asserting he has the world’s smallest penis has been presented with a chance for life-altering surgery to enlarge it—completely free of charge from a prestigious plastic surgeon.
Michael Phillips, a 38-year-old from North Carolina, received this generous offer from Dr. Robert Dorfman, a prominent surgeon based in Beverly Hills. The enhancement procedure, typically valued at around $20,000, was offered to him at no expense.
Dr. Dorfman expressed that he felt compelled to reach out after learning about Phillips’ situation. According to reports, Phillips’ erect member measures a mere 0.38 inches, which is smaller than a pencil eraser or even a grain of rice.
Phillips has gained a bit of internet notoriety for his condition, stating that it sometimes hinders his ability to urinate comfortably.
“I get how deeply personal these issues can be. They really can take a toll on self-esteem and confidence,” Dr. Dorfman shared.
“I’m more than willing to provide my services for free if it helps someone feel better about themselves,” he continued.
Last Thursday, Phillips kickstarted a GoFundMe campaign to fund the surgery, revealing that his condition necessitates wearing diapers daily.
“This daily struggle brings me a lot of frustration and embarrassment, particularly when I travel, which is something I enjoy. It definitely weighs on my confidence and independence,” Phillips mentioned during the campaign.
He had been trying to save money for surgeries and injections aimed at improving his condition and enabling him to use the bathroom more normally.
However, he decided to halt the fundraiser just the next day upon learning about potential risks linked to the surgery, such as loss of sensation and erectile function.
Now, Dr. Dorfman is considering alternative injectable treatments.
Phillips has described the challenges associated with having a micropenis. Doctors categorize a micropenis as one measuring under 2.67 inches when stretched.
He mentioned that having a penis roughly the size of his pinky nail has made him less inclined to “approach new people, especially women.”
Earlier this year, Phillips pondered placing his case in the Guinness Book of World Records, although that decision hasn’t been finalized yet.
In a viral video, a woman accused Phillips of insulting her weight during an online spat, claiming he had sent her an unsolicited photo of his member after she mocked him.
“This is the smallest thing I’ve ever seen,” she declared in the recording.
“I tried to explain to her that this is a disability and a reality I live with,” Phillips remarked, adding he only sent the photo to illustrate why it’s not right to ridicule others.
