A landmark study from the prestigious Mayo Clinic revealed that puberty blockers can cause irreparable harm to boys. This is the exact opposite of the message perpetuated by transgender activists. The study questions the safety of so-called “gender-affirming care” and points to a possible link between puberty blockers and cancer.

The study, which has not yet been peer-reviewed, utilized samples from Mayo Clinic’s Pediatric Testicular Biobank for Fertility Preservation.
In this scientific study, testicular specimens from 87 biological males under the age of 18 undergoing fertility-sparing surgery were examined. The group included 16 boys with gender dysphoria between the ages of 10 and 16. Of these 16 patients, 9 took puberty blockers between 3 and 52 months.
Two of the nine transgender patients who were taking puberty blockers had abnormal testicular features on examination, and one had abnormalities in both testicles, including underdevelopment of the tunica albuginea that protects the testicles. Ta.
