The second ticket holder had one full year from the drawing until Dec. 7 to claim the reward.

Last week, Lahijani filed a lawsuit against the California Lottery, claiming that she had purchased a ticket that was mysteriously lost.

In a breach of contract lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Dec. 6, hours before the deadline, Lahijani claimed he was the rightful winner of the remaining $197.5 million.

Rahijani claims that the winning numbers (21, 26, 53, 66, 70, gold Mega Ball 13) were chosen by her children and that she has been using them for decades.

The lottery participant had filed a claim with the state on Dec. 4.

The Post has reached out to the California Lottery.

Rahijani refused to comment publicly when he won his first ticket prize in June. Lottery officials cited several reasons why it's possible to win the same numbers at the same store.

“This is incredibly unusual and interesting, but it's not unprecedented,” California Lottery spokeswoman Carolyn Becker said last year. “There are any number of explanations. Perhaps one person wanted to try their luck with two different columns for some reason, or maybe several friends wanted to try their luck with the exact same numbers. We won't know exactly how this happened until the award is received.”

Despite the unknown outcome of the ongoing lawsuit, Encino Chevron still made history.

This super lucky gas station was awarded a record-breaking bonus of over $1.9 million, the largest amount awarded to a single retailer in California Lottery history.

In Golden State, retailers who sell tickets worth $1 million or more will earn a bonus of one-half of 1 percent of prizes up to $1 million.

Chevron received a $987,500 bonus for each winning ticket sold, for a total of $1,975,000.
