Concerns Over Funding for National Fund for Democracy

During a recent episode of the “Alex Marlow Show,” Mike Benz, founder of the Foundation for Freevention Online, expressed confusion over the Trump administration’s continued financial support for the National Fund for Democracy.

“I simply cannot see why the National Fund for Democracy is still receiving funding from the Trump administration. There were indications early on that this funding would be reduced,” he explained.

Benz mentioned that while the fund was advantageous during the Cold War, it seems to have shifted from countering left-wing communism to addressing right-wing populism, which he believes has led to restrictions on Trump’s voice.
