Biden's border crisis is putting American lives at risk.
One tragic example is Kayla Hamilton, a young woman who lost her life at the hands of illegal immigrants.
Now, his mother, Tammy Nobles, is suing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security over the brutal murder. Tammy said DHS not only failed to notice the boy's MS-13 tattoo and failed to perform a background check, but neither DHS nor CPS bothered to secure the boy after he became the primary suspect in his daughter's death. He said he didn't try.
Kayla was renting a room in a trailer with her boyfriend when the trailer's owner, a woman, loaded an illegal immigrant into the trailer.
“He had visible MS-13 gang tattoos on his body, so it was clear he was not a good guy,” Nobles told Glenn Beck.
Later, Nobles received a call from police saying her daughter had been found dead and the evidence was consistent with a homicide.
The illegal alien used her iPod charger to strangle her and raped her after she died.
“It's his fault your wonderful daughter is no longer here,” Glenn replied, adding that he wasn't the only one at fault.
“It's absolutely despicable to know that our own government is responsible for that,” he added.
After testifying before Congress, Nobles is trying to raise $10,000 for travel and legal fees to fight for justice for her daughter. Fundraising activities are called “Bringing justice for Kayla Hamilton.” Those interested in fighting back can visit GoFundMe.
