Nina Dobrev is recovering from a horrific accident.
In a recent Instagram post with the caption “The beginning and now,” Dobrev posted a photo of herself posing on a bicycle and lying in a hospital bed with a blood pressure monitor in her right arm and an IV in her left arm. I shared a photo of myself doing it.
The actress did not go into detail about the injury or the accident that led to it, but photos show her wearing braces on both her neck and left leg.
“I’m okay but it will be a long road to recovery,” she wrote on her Instagram Story on Monday.

She also shared a selfie taken from her hospital bed.
Some fans took to the comments section to wish the actress a speedy recovery, with one commenting, “I hope you get well soon (please stay at home),” while another wrote, “Girl, vampire blood has no effect on the body. Remember not to give,” one person joked. You’re gone,” she said, referring to her role in The Vampire Diaries.
