Remember when you were told that the “digital euro” was merely a conspiracy theory?

“For years, Christine Lagarde and everyone else, both foreign and domestic, have said that concerns about CBDC are merely a conspiracy theory. They don't trust anyone who kept quiet and warned of the dangers of this, but now, all of a sudden, we all think that they're all ready and we can't have a high interest,” says Glenn.
In a recent speech, Legarde casually admitted that the ECB “has actually started working on it in a digital euro way. [she] It's begun [her] This was five and a half years ago, despite last year “she told the European Parliament that CBDC's skepticism stems from conspiracy theory.”
If they launch this, “in 18-48 months, our whole world will be different,” says Glenn. “interests for privacy, free markets, and personal freedom” were not high.
The adoption of digital currency is so bad he says it should “destroy the alliance” with the EU.
The problem with digital currency is that the government can “turn it off.” In other words, it means it is a back pocket weapon to act against opponents.
Glenn gives an example of going to the bank to withdraw cash.
In CBDC, “There's nothing to take out,” he says. “You don't own it. … Central banks and governments – they own it, so you have no place to go through them.”
“Undoubtedly, it's not a tin foil plot. That's what's happening in China,” he warns.
But even more frightening is the fact that there are strange changes in currency in the Bible, that is, “specifically, the last part of the Bible.”
“Artificial density and CBDC are very similar to the forewarned tools employed by the Antichrist,” says Glenn.
The US is in the early stages of digital currency development.
“We have to pass the law now. There is no central bank digital currency in America,” says Glenn.
