The U.S. Supreme Court has announced that it will hear President Donald Trump's 14th trial.^th Amended appeal.

On Friday, the court heard they found that: petition For a specific warrant.

Oral argument in this case is scheduled to begin on Thursday, February 8, 2024.

The former president's legal team has appealed to SCOTUS, asking the court to overturn a Colorado Supreme Court ruling that excluded the former president from the state's Republican primary ballot.

On December 19, the Colorado Supreme Court disqualified Trump from the state's primary ballot.^th By a 4-3 decision.

They argued that Trump violated Article 3 of 14.^th Amendments to charges of inciting the Jan. 6 invasion of the U.S. Capitol^th2021. However, the President does not fall under the jurisdiction of Article 3 of 14 Articles.^th Amendment because they are not “officers of the United States.”
