Texas man identified by FBI as subject of child sexual abuse videos using social media and tattoos

Federal prosecutors announced Tuesday that they have identified and charged a Texas man with producing child pornography.

FBI agents identified Driskill on November 18th, charged him with producing child pornography, and arrested him on November 26th.

According to court documents, child sexual abuse material posted on the dark web was referred to the FBI's Victim Identification Program in July 2024. In September 2024, a former boyfriend also came forward and reported to the Coleman Police Department that Driskill had confessed to sexually abusing children while drunk and recording himself. Officers were able to meet the child, but the child did not yell.

In a recorded interview, law enforcement officials said a “CAST NO STONES” tattoo on his left forearm, a 1975 tattoo on his left bicep, and a portion of a Texas state flag in the shape of a head visible on his right forearm. He pointed out.

Still images of the interview were then uploaded to a database by the FBI.

Through social media, the FBI was able to match the tattoos seen in the assault video. They also said the profile picture resembled images of subjects in child sexual abuse material.

Using that information, they traced the account to Driskill, who lived with his parents in Coleman, Texas.

In November, the Coleman Police Department was also alerted to an FBI investigation into possible sexual abuse and compared footage from the interrogation that allegedly matched the face and tattoo.

If convicted, Driskill could face up to 30 years in federal prison.
