Hamas Releases Video of Israeli Hostage

Recently, Hamas shared a propaganda video featuring Eviatar, a 24-year-old Israeli hostage, who was filmed alongside David, another hostage, in a dimly lit tunnel in Gaza. David was among those taken by Hamas during the Nova Music Festival incident on October 7, 2023.

Glenn Beck remarked, “I’ve never seen a Jew look like this since the Holocaust,” expressing his dismay over David’s condition.

It’s quite concerning that major media outlets seem dismissive of the situation, typically amplifying narratives about hunger in Gaza while overlooking the plight of Israeli hostages. They largely ignore how the hunger crisis in Gaza is exacerbated by Hamas intercepting humanitarian aid.

One has to wonder, if there’s genuine concern for Gazans being hungry, why not confront the truth behind it? And why exclude the efforts of those committed to addressing the crisis?

Among these individuals is Sarah Awaida, a 30-year-old woman from East Jerusalem. She has managed to provide food for over 100,000 Gazan families, all while working around the interference of Hamas, yet her impactful story remains largely unnoticed by the media.

Teaming up with Israeli authorities and a coalition called Menaeido, Sarah’s operations have created a pathway for essential supplies to reach Gaza, undermining Hamas’s control over aid. Glenn points out that they’ve developed a system specifically designed to bypass Hamas and the commercial interests that profit from the hunger crisis.

In June, Sarah’s team devised “alternative routes” for getting supplies into Gaza when faced with the chaos and looting that often obstructed aid deliveries. Collaborating with several trustworthy logistics partners, many of whom were Israeli, they reached Northern Gaza, where residents had been struggling to access stable food supplies for months.

Israeli officials have played a crucial role in supporting Sarah’s humanitarian mission, actively seeking to shut down schemes that benefit private interests while undermining aid efforts. This is another uncomfortable truth that media outlets prefer to gloss over, illustrating Israel’s support for humanitarian efforts in Gaza.

However, Sarah’s success has not come without consequences; she revealed that it’s put her life in danger. The system they built is pushing back against the economy created by Hamas, which thrives on hunger. This has made her a target.

As Sarah explained, “I’ve started receiving death threats, not just from Gaza but also from the West Bank. Even those I once trusted have turned against me.” It’s disheartening, really—people are leveraging aid for their own gain while refusing to assist out of political motivations.

Glenn Beck posed a poignant question: “Why isn’t anyone covering this woman?”

For more insights on Sarah’s story and Glenn’s perspective, a video is available that delves deeper into the situation.
