Trump leads Arizona as voters riddled with economic anxiety

Donald Trump is on track to win 11 electoral votes as Arizona voters dissatisfied with the direction of the country and troubled by economic uncertainty, according to a new CBS News/YouGov poll. It was shown that it was on its way.

The poll of 1,439 registered voters showed the former president leading Vice President Kamala Harris 51% to 48%.

No wonder. Only 5% of respondents think things are going “very well” in the United States, and 25% say things are going “somewhat well.” This means only 3 in 10 voters in the Grand Canyon State feel the country is on the right track under the Harris administration.・Biden administration.

Eight percent of Republicans and 29% of independents are at least somewhat satisfied with the current state of the country, compared to 54% of Democrats.

Only 10% of respondents think the economy is in very good shape and 24% say it is in very good shape. Republicans are the least happy, with 8% saying they are somewhat satisfied, while just 29% of independents say the same.

82% of respondents (including 93% of Republicans and 79% of independents) told pollsters that the economy was a major factor in their vote; (including 65% of indie supporters) make similar claims about inflation. It is clear that Bidennomics is detrimental to the Democratic ticket.

Sixty-nine percent of Arizonans say prices are rising, and only three in 10 think Harris can stem the tide of currency devaluation. By contrast, 48% think President Trump has a way to rein in the increasingly high cost of living.

As for the other major election issue, 57% of those surveyed were concerned about the U.S.-Mexico border, a particularly ominous sign for Harris. A particularly surprising 46% said they would prioritize recent immigrants over nationals, and only 2% decided on Harris. Similar claims about Trump.

Two in three voters believe Trump will put Americans first, including 65% of independents and, importantly, 43% of Democrats, according to the data set. shows one of the most striking contrasts in the world.

Another issue can be seen in the abortion issue, even though the Abortion Amendment (Proposition 139) will remain legal until “fetal viability” is on track to pass with 52% of the vote. The delicate federalist stance is paying off.

Even 39% of Republicans want to legalize abortion, suggesting that social conservative doctrine is not the path to victory in the state.

Fifty-five percent of voters (including 56% of independents) believe the Republican candidate will keep his promise and leave abortion decisions up to the states, while 74% overall and 75% of independents believe Harris has pushed for national legalization, arguing it would eviscerate states. The right to serve her agenda.

Topping the ticket is good news for Republicans, but given Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego's 54% to 45% lead over Kali Lake, there's no need to throw a victory party in the Senate race. Probably. This is a 15 point increase compared to independent players.

One big reason is that 59% of voters identify Lake as an extremist, while 60% think Gallego is reasonable. And 53% of Gallego voters are voting for him to oppose the Republican candidate.
