Trump Calls for Netflix to Dismiss Susan Rice
Former President Donald Trump has urged Netflix to terminate Susan Rice, a past White House adviser, labeling her as “racist” and “Trump deranged,” while also questioning her salary.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump shared commentary from investigative journalist Laura Loomer. Loomer’s statement suggested that if Rice, a member of Netflix’s board, clinches victories in the 2026 midterms and the 2028 presidential election, companies that “knee-jerked to Trump” would face consequences from Democratic lawmakers.
“Netflix must fire Trump’s racist and deranged Susan Rice immediately or pay the price,” Trump remarked. “She has no talent or skill. She’s a total political hack! Her influence is gone for good. How much is she being paid, and for what?”
Loomer further added on X that Rice claimed companies that “kneeled” to Trump would be held accountable by elected Democrats if successful in the next elections.
“Is Netflix supporting a government that’s weaponized half the country and a board that’s threatening them with political retribution for their voting choices?” Loomer questioned. “This is decidedly anti-American, and Netflix shows daily that they are a woke and anti-American company.”
Loomer pointed out that Rice had claimed Democrats would target anyone who supported Trump.
This post from Trump coincided with Rice’s appearance on a podcast, where she remarked that companies might face challenges if they believe they can revert to “old rules” once Democratic power is restored. “If these companies think that they can go back to business as usual, they might be mistaken,” Rice stated, as reported by Variety.
“I think they’re possibly underestimating the situation,” Rice added, suggesting that companies could not simply erase past actions or the principles they once upheld.
