Trump’s war against the deep state starts with the courts

We are not a country of law, and we have never been. We are a country of political will and we will always be.

For more than generations, rights have failed or refused to acknowledge this essential truth. Meanwhile, the left has embraced it with an unwavering commitment. The result was on the verge of realising Antonio Gramsci's vision of a “long march through the facility” until the 2024 election stopped the left just below the finish line.

Trump has the opportunity to change the left-wing misuse of the left-wing against the left-wing court. He has already set the stage for a second season, where he can become a once-in-a-century leader.

The good news is that after the 2024 election, we are still in the fight. Bad news? There are 99 yards marching in the opposite direction. This is how we got here.

The left understands that politics is ultimately power – gaining it and using it – not about the process. The left, no matter how extreme or destructive, will start with the outcome of the policy they want and create a process to make it look “legal.” It is a way that judges with no constitutional authority can determine that Venezuela's drug kingdom has more rights to live in America than they have to have a baby.

On the other hand, rights usually respond with great care to every subsection of any constitutional doctrine in hopeless and fleeting attempts to maintain the rest of their sanity. And on the right he did so at the pace of the glacial – on the left he sprints towards Gomorrah.

Attacks in many ways

Enter Donald Trump.

Unconventional quarterbacks rarely score 99 yards of touchdowns, but they change the game. The right-hand shift in leadership over the past decade introduced a wild card that made the left feel threatened for the first time. Instead of a predictable book leader, similar to the classic drop-back passerby, Trump best manipulates him outside his pocket and forces his enemies to respond to him.

His administration has shattered the traditional “first 100 days” playbook, which usually focuses on the promises of one major campaign at a time. Instead, from day one, Trump actively ran left on multiple fronts at the same time.

This unpredictability caused the left to panic, leading leftists to act in ways previously limited to their most enthusiastic fantasies. That's why Trump faced two coup attempts in his first semester. The hoax of Russian collusion coordinated through the intelligence news community was merely a psychological operation designed to negate the 2016 election.

The second attempt at a coup took place in the form of Covid-19. This is a manufactured crisis weaponized by a bureaucratic swamp, and Anthony Foursey leads the charges. This PSYOP was not about public health. It was designed to ensure Trump's defeat in the 2020 election.

When that failed, the left wing tried to jail him, hoping to prevent him from returning. When that didn't work either, they even tried to assassinate him. It was also failed by pure Providence.

Now, turning back against the wall, the ruling class deployed its ultimate weapon. This is the most powerful PSYOP of all. For decades, he had Republicans surrender without a fight, and the moment he heard the horrifying words of the four, “the court spoke.”

Injunction as a weapon

Trump has served as president for just 18% of the 21st century, but he was the target of Almost 70% of all federal injunctions It was issued to the incumbent president at that time. A overwhelming 92% of these verdicts came from Democrat-appointed judges. In February alone, Trump faced more federal differences than Joe Biden has in the entire presidency.

The same Biden, who opened the borders to drug cartels and traffickers, has mandated the controversial COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment and puts pressure on large technologies to curb dissent. In a fair and rational world, such corruption would be unthinkable, but that was where we lived until a few months ago.

Trump has plunged the Democrats into chaos, but the swamp's power structure remains intact. Intelligence Reporting Communities, administrative states, and activist judges continue their work and protect their establishment from accountability. Left judges, who were not recognized by the Constitution, will no longer add powers and will impose new “rights” and obligations as fakes as a nation called “Palestine.”

Just as rumors of Russian conspiracy and animal-funded covid hysteria were used to derail Trump's first term, the judiciary is now a weapon of his second left-wing choice. The left wing will not stop unless it is forced to stop.

Defeat the system

Rights have little experience challenging the advantages of justice, let alone success. For too long, conservatives have responded to the rules on the left, hoping for fair results on the system equipped against them.

But one example of that proves that it can be done. I know it well because it wouldn't have happened without me.

In 2010, Iowa made history as the first state to eliminate the judiciary of the state's Supreme Court through retention elections, allowing them to hold them accountable for their decisions. I was one of the leaders of the movement. No one expected us to succeed. Republicans didn't want a part of it. There was no support from the governor or Senate GOP candidates. The Republican trial lawyers then left. We were a coalition of underdogs who took on the judicial Leviathan.

On election night, we won 10 points. All three justice we targeted received a higher percentage of “no” votes than Republican governor candidates.

We achieved this for just $1 million. This is a small amount of modern statewide campaigns. Not only did we persuade voters to take a stand, we also got them to take over their vote and vote in a way they had never had before.

For months, my three-hour radio program (broadcast on the state's largest media platform) focused on retention voting and provided irreplaceable in-kind support. After the victory, key supporters of our campaign approached me with an offer to fund my show's nationwide expansion. They knew we couldn't have won without that messaging effort. That's why I became where I am today.

The opportunity of the century

That campaign taught us some lessons – it would work for the Trump administration to apply now.

First, this is not a discussion of legal theory or constitutional interpretation. It is a battle for authority, over whether there are still governments operating with the consent of the ruler, not just government branches. Who is the real sovereignty of America? People or judges? Government branches, especially those not elected, must not exceed the will of the people.

Secondly, the basis of this battle is the source of law itself. Democrat-appointed judges reject “the laws of nature and nature” and act as if they were laws themselves. They view themselves as the supreme being, not just the Supreme Court. Any question must be enforced despite the lack of inherent enforceability. This is the essence of dictatorship.

Third, it is important to expose this reality. These judges must be drawn into an open conflict in which they recognize unidentified power. Voters, especially those that are remotely sympathetic to us, will be furious by their self-righteous qualifications.

Finally, people need the issue of galvanized plating that forces them to reject the myth of judicial hegemony. Their current anger towards an urgent cause must outweigh years of respect for the court.

We have not had a presidential judicial overreach ever since Abraham Lincoln ignored the sinister thing of the Supreme Court. Dreadscott A decision by issuing an Emancipation Declaration. Thomas Jefferson, who wrote the American mission statement, warned most of his public life about the dangers of unidentified judiciary. He feared that an uncontrolled, corrupt judge would twist the Constitution into “mere wax stuff.” He argued that other branches must take their duty to prevent judicial stolen.

Trump has the opportunity to change the left-wing misuse of the left-wing against the left-wing court. He has already set the stage for a second season, where he can become a once-in-a-century leader. Now he is facing a moment when he can define a presidency. Stripping off illegal power from unelected judges and bringing it back to those who justly govern it stands as the ultimate act of populism.

For the past 50 years, the left has imposed the most destructive policies on the country through Judicial Fiat. If Trump is taking bold action now, he has the opportunity to cement his place in history alongside Lincoln and Jefferson.
