The UN Annual Report on Children in Conflict Zones is not scheduled to come out until June, but the draft report obtained by Fox News Digital has already raised concerns. The report excludes several examples of Israeli casualties of the ongoing war, whilst robbing the accusations in the Jewish state.
Throughout the section of the Israeli and Palestinian Children's Report, there are cases of conflicting and verified, unconfirmed data. The report acknowledges that there is unverified data, but does not provide information about the person responsible for verifying other figures. This lack of transparency leaves room for doubting the accuracy of the report.
“We will not cooperate with the report that serves as a platform for unfounded slanderous slander against Israel,” said UN Ambassador Danny Danone in a statement sent exclusively to Fox News Digital.

The report alleges that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) lured a Palestinian girl. The incident is said to have been verified, but the UN does not provide information on who did the verification. The report also does not include details about the incident. It doesn't say where the child is said to have been accused of being accused of or whether she is alive or not.
In one of the worse claims, the report accuses IDF soldiers of using 27 Palestinian children as human shields in the West Bank and Gaza. Again, the report claims that these cases have been verified, but does not say who has confirmed them. The use of human shields is not a known IDF practice, but that is Hamas has been accused of years.

Israeli ambassador slams Hamas into silence: “There is no solution.”
“There are reports on the use of human shields by the Iz al-Din Kassam Brigade in Hamas and other Palestinian armed groups in the Gaza Strip,” the draft report reads.
There is another Hamas tactic that appears to have fixed Israel in its report – use as military pre-post bases in schools and hospitals. Both Israel and the US have confirmed that Hamas used hospitals in Gaza for military purposes.
In November 2023, just weeks after the war began, IDF Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Konricus posted a video tour of Al Sifa Hospital in Gaza showing caches of weapons scattered throughout the facility, Hamas Parafernalia and ammunition.
Israel has also been criticized by the report for refusing Palestinians to humanitarian aid. However, there is no mention of Hamas and Palestinian armed groups looting aid trucks. The United Nations Relief Occupation Agency (UNRWA) said of the 109 aid trucks that crossed from Israel to Gaza in November 2024, 97 were “hardly looted.”

He also said that it was left in the report. It says that two Israeli boys were killed in Gaza prisoners, but that is not the name Kfir and Ariel Bibas, nor does it mention that they were killed by prisoners. Furthermore, the draft report does not include a mention of the 12 Druze children killed in the Hezbollah Rocket fire while playing football in northern Israel.
“The Secretary-General once again chooses to blatantly ignore the violence and harm caused to Israeli children. Based on this report, Israeli life is not important and unremarkable. In Israel, diplomatic terrorism won't win.”
