Viral video shows woman viciously kick small dog over argument with neighbor about plant damage

According to California State Police, there is a viral video showing a woman kicking a small dog led to the arrest of two women.

The video has won millions of views on social media, showing two women facing a man in his front yard.

On Thursday, police announced in a Facebook Posts They arrested two women in Pittsburgh, an industrial suburb of San Francisco Bay.
