According to California State Police, there is a viral video showing a woman kicking a small dog led to the arrest of two women.
The video has won millions of views on social media, showing two women facing a man in his front yard.

On Thursday, police announced in a Facebook Posts They arrested two women in Pittsburgh, an industrial suburb of San Francisco Bay.
The Pittsburgh Police Department was originally Posted On Monday, police were recognizing the video and investigating the issue.
Police later identified the two women as Ragasia Williams and Graciela Amar and said they issued multiple felony warrants to both.
KNTV-TV reported that the woman was the daughter and granddaughter of the third woman who accidentally damaged a potted plant in Albertropez's garden. He is said to have criticized her, and the woman came to protect her after hearing about the argument.
