Ways to watch the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix for free: Schedule and livestream options

Today marks an exciting event in the racing world—the 72nd Monaco Grand Prix is taking place on June 7th, kicking off early for U.S. viewers.

Leading the pack is Kimi Antonelli, the current leader of the World Drivers’ Championship, starting in pole position. Following him are Max Verstappen from Red Bull and Lewis Hamilton representing Ferrari, who will start in second and third, respectively.

Notably, Charles Leclerc, the only Monegasque driver on the F1 circuit, has secured the fourth position. He has a solid track record, having made it to the podium in both of the past two Monaco races.

The Grand Prix itself is a challenging 78-lap event covering 161.7 miles on a twisting 3.4-mile course. Drivers often find themselves navigating its narrow streets, which feature a tunnel and 19 turns. Given the perilous nature of the track, you can expect them to race at lower speeds than usual.

Start Time for the Monaco Grand Prix 2026

The race is set to begin today at 9 AM ET.
