Whistleblower gives bold Christian testimony after exposing sex-change program at children’s hospital: ‘No matter the cost’

A whistleblower who helped expose Texas Children’s Hospital’s gender reassignment program is speaking out about her faith and how it gave her the strength to publicly share the truth.

Vanessa Sivaggi, a registered nurse, went public last month.

“We had to affirm what God saw as good, which is the good and perfect design of men and women.”

Sivaji was the second whistleblower. Step forward About the Texas Children’s Hospital Gender Transition Program. beginningDr. Eisan Haim was indicted on four felony charges for allegedly violating medical privacy laws. Not only did Sivaj share horrifying details about the sex-change program, She claims Doctors at Texas Children’s Hospital committed Medicaid fraud by “illegally billing Medicaid for gender reassignment surgeries.”

FBI agents visited Mr. Sivaj at his home last summer and, he said, threatened to intimidate him if he did not cooperate with the investigation into Dr. Haim.

In a new interview Blaze TV host Allie Beth StuckeyShivaji explained how his Christian faith helped him get through this horrific situation.

“It was a really difficult time and we had to turn to the Lord and just rely on him,” she said.

Sivaji cited a Bible verse that gave him the courage to get through this “really difficult” situation: Ephesians 5:11It says, “Have no share in the unprofitable deeds of darkness, but expose them.”

“I took it literally,” Sivaj explained. “What God designs is what God defines, and this is not something we should compromise on. This is a fundamental issue in Genesis 1.”

Sivaggi told Stuckey she believes God led her to a place where she had no choice but to turn to Him. Ephesians 2Sivaj said she believes God was preparing her in advance for the difficult task of defending the truth about biological sex.

“This was not a coincidence for God. He knew this would happen a long time ago and this is a good deed He prepared in advance for me to perform,” she said.

“Reclaiming that truth and speaking God’s promises to myself — that God is ultimately my guardian, my protector, that Jesus is my advocate before the Father, and nothing can take me out of God’s hands — speaking those truths against the fear and anxiety that the enemy wants to keep you in, was so important for me in the weeks that followed,” Sivaggi explained.

Shivaji further said Christians are called to defend God’s truth at all costs.

“No matter what happens, God is worthy of our trust,” she said.

“So we knew this wasn’t the end of the story. We had to speak out and affirm what God sees as good, which is the good and perfect design for men and women. God’s design for our gender and sexuality is good and beautiful and right. And we are called to affirm that no matter what the cost,” she explained.

Fortunately, the FBI has left Sivaggi alone since that incident last summer.
