Zach Woods Critiques Chuck Schumer in Unfiltered Rant
Actor Zach Woods, known for roles in Veep and Silicon Valley, recently shared some strong sentiments about Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, referring to him quite bluntly as a “son of a bitch.”
Woods expressed his discontent during an Instagram video, critiquing the New York Democratic Party and targeting Schumer in various humorous yet biting ways. He began with a pointed statement, saying, “In times of such divisiveness, it’s more important than ever to hold fast to the universal truths we can all still agree on: Chuck Schumer literally sucks.”
He recounted a personal anecdote about a vacation gone wrong. “One time I went on vacation and left some cottage cheese in the fridge and the power went out. When I got back, it smelled like very rotten dairy,” he elaborated. “I threw it out, but the smell lingered. That smell is Chuck Schumer. That foul, rotten, dairy smell that you can’t banish.”
In a more theatrical tone, Woods continued, “If that smell is going to march in a parade with a war criminal, it’s Chuck Schumer. That’s why I call him Chuck E. Cheese.” He criticized Schumer’s leadership style, describing it as presiding over “a hall of blank, dead-eyed robots” who seem incapable of change.
He added an unconventional comparison, suggesting Schumer resembles “Buddy Holly, who somehow survived that plane crash and spent the next 60 years making people wish he never existed.” Woods jokingly mused that Schumer’s contribution to the world might be enough reason to “drag him before The Hague for crimes against humanity,” mentioning Amy Schumer in an uncomfortable context.
In a more fantastical remark, he stated, “You know, he’s like a defective animal manufactured in Satan’s personal Build-A-Bear workshop.” He went on to draw a connection between Schumer and a character from Lord of the Rings, although he quickly conceded that the fictional character, King Theoden, had more moral courage than Schumer himself.
Concluding his tirade, Woods reflected on his motivations. “Now, you might say, ‘Zach, why are you doing this? The internet doesn’t need any more venom. Why are you a bully?'” He admitted, “Well, like any bully, I do it because I’m scared and sad. I don’t want bad things to happen to Chuck Schumer, but I also want Chuck Schumer to stop doing bad things to everyone else. Please quit now.”
His comments seem to echo a growing frustration among some Democrats, especially from the far-left faction of the party, who are increasingly discontented with Schumer’s stance on issues like his support for Israel.
