Netanyahu Allegedly in Disagreement with Trump, Public Attribution If Gaza Agreement Fails

Trump Pressures Netanyahu on Gaza Conflict

President Donald Trump is giving Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a chance to resolve the ongoing conflict in Gaza and mend relations with the White House.

Although ceasefire agreements are reportedly close, sources close to Trump have indicated that the White House is prepared to hold Israel accountable should it choose to continue fighting instead of negotiating. Arab nations are on board with the proposed deal, but Hamas still needs to give its approval.

One advisor mentioned, “The Arabs are fully in agreement. Now we’re just waiting for the president to charm Netanyahu into action.”

Yet, Netanyahu’s actions have apparently tested Trump’s patience as he persists in military operations in Gaza. A recent attempt to target Hamas leaders in Qatar failed, leading to casualties, which raised concerns among global leaders. This strike resulted in the deaths of five Hamas members and one Qatari security guard, but it did not achieve its intended effect of neutralizing key leaders of the group.

A government official deeply involved in peace discussions expressed frustration, saying, “Everyone—meaning everyone—feels anger towards Bibi.”

One high-ranking White House official noted that Netanyahu seems to be resorting to more erratic behavior to secure political backing, particularly as he faces an upcoming corruption trial. Additionally, Trump’s advisors mentioned concerns over Netanyahu’s focus on social media narratives or even peculiar obsessions related to his country.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces have begun operations in Gaza, urging residents to evacuate. Humanitarian organizations are warning that moving nearly a million people out of Gaza could worsen the already critical humanitarian situation.

The Trump administration has raised concerns about the ongoing hunger crisis in the region, encouraging Netanyahu to take further steps to ensure the well-being of Gaza’s civilians.

The White House did not respond promptly to a request for comment.
