DHS report reveals FEMA blacklist: Conservative disaster victims barred from aid during Biden administration

A report from the DHS Privacy Office claims that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Biden administration not only mismanaged multiple cases but, interestingly, also created a blacklist targeting conservatives, leading to reduced assistance for them.

As Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck expressed, “They tracked Americans based on their political and religious beliefs during times of disaster. This wasn’t just theoretical—it was real.” He elaborated on his program by noting the plight of those seeking help from a government that promotes compassion and fairness, yet often met with silence or delays, if they received any help at all.

The DHS report indicates that FEMA infringed upon the Privacy Act of 1974 by gathering and retaining information related to protected speech.

Beck highlighted further issues, explaining that FEMA staff were vigilant about political affiliations, saying they took notes on bumper stickers and recorded firearms identifiers. For example, he mentioned a case where if they saw a “MAGA” flag or yard sign, those homes would be skipped by FEMA responders. Beck discovered a note from a FEMA worker stating they didn’t distribute pamphlets because of “political flyers” at the location.

Another note reportedly advised against visiting specific areas, wording it as, “We do not recommend anyone to visit this location.”

Beck emphasized that this isn’t merely a mistake—it constitutes a blacklist. He contrasted FEMA’s intended purpose of aiding citizens with its practice of avoiding those based on voting choices. He remarked on his numerous experiences in disasters, stating, “Never once did it cross my mind to ask, ‘What is your political affiliation?'”
