Law enforcement officials in Arizona have arrested two men with full-face tattoos accused of shoplifting from a gas station and a Dollar General before committing an armed robbery at a Navajo Nation pizza restaurant.
The Apache County Sheriff's Office says 40-year-old Joseph M. Woodruff and 29-year-old Anthony Brees were involved in a shoplifting incident at the Speedway Gas Station and Dollar General Store in Saunders, Arizona on January 10, 2024. announced that it had happened.
After two shoplifting incidents, the two robbed Pizza Edge, a Navajo Nation restaurant also in Saunders, authorities said.

Woodruff and Brees were traveling in a dark gray Chrysler sedan with Ohio plates when it broke down while heading south on Route 191 toward St. John's, Arizona.
Police arrested two people on suspicion of armed robbery, conspiracy and shoplifting. They were then booked into the Apache County Jail.

“The listed suspects may have been involved in other incidents along the way,” the sheriff's office said. “They probably met in Gallup, New Mexico and were headed to Las Vegas, Nevada.”

Police are asking anyone with information about the two suspects to contact the Navajo Tribal Police Department or the Apache County Sheriff's Office.
