Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.), who formally endorsed former President Donald Trump on Friday, said during an appearance on his show that the Republican primary is “already over.” Breitbart News Saturday.
“The reason I chose to support him is because America needs a strong, articulate, defiant president to bring law and order back from the sea to the shining sea. We need a president who understands how to stimulate the economy,” Scott began, adding, “Giving money back to the American people is the only way to real economic prosperity that will lower inflation and lower interest rates. It is important that we have a president who understands this.” By increasing interest rates and supporting first-time homebuyers, we will help our country remain the dominant economy on the planet. ”
“Joe Biden needs to be removed because he has no idea how to run our economy. He has no idea how to confront our enemies and how to serve our allies.” I have no idea,” Scott said, further explaining why he chose Trump.
He said he considers Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley to be friends, but that alone isn't enough to support him.

“This is the question I keep asking myself: …Who do I want to be the commander-in-chief of the world's largest military force? I want someone with experience, proven experience.” He explained that Russia did not invade Ukraine when President Trump was our nation's commander in chief.
“While he was in office, our allies became more secure. Consider the situation in the Middle East. When President Trump was our president, Hamas had the power to destroy our strongest and largest ally in the Middle East. “Would they have had the courage to attack and annihilate them? Of course they didn't because they knew that President Trump was supporting Israel.” He explained that there is an example of this.
In fact, Scott continued, “the campaign is over,” and it's time for the Republican Party to unite around Trump.
“The race is over,” he began. “Politically speaking and figuratively speaking, they're dead people walking around. It's time for this Republican Party to focus on just one person, and that's electing Donald Trump.” to eliminate Joe Biden,” the former presidential candidate said, touting Trump's historic numbers in New Hampshire and South Carolina.

“His numbers are staggering, with historic approval ratings in Iowa and historic approval ratings in New Hampshire. A recent poll conducted last night in South Carolina showed the former president with a 60% approval rating. It's been going back and forth. It's just that the whole world knows that the Republican Party wants to unite around the former president,” Scott said.

The South Carolina senator said, “I want every dollar, every minute, to be spent to restore hope to this country and unite the American people behind a united party of great opportunity led by Donald J. Trump. Let's get this done,” the South Carolina senator added.
