A provocative new report by researchers suggests that China will not only manufacture a “coronavirus bioweapon” but also use robots controlled by devices implanted in human brains in a future war with the United States. There is a possibility that it will be deployed.
The report, titled “Plagues, Cyborgs, and Super Soldiers: The Human Domain of War Studies,'' presents several scenarios for possible future conflicts.
The existence of the report was the first Independent journalist Li Fan wrote about this.
“We can see the emergence of a complex and high-threat situation in which humans will use their thoughts to control super-sophisticated machines to wage war,” says the U.S. government's Acquisition and Technology Policy Program. writes the expert. Randland National Security Research Division.
Researchers have warned that “synthetically generated, genome-targeted epidemics” could cost U.S. troops in future wars.
One scenario envisions China releasing the coronavirus to U.S. Pacific Fleet sailors in the South China Sea in 2028.
“Public health officials have discovered that the virus is sufficiently different from other viruses. [COVID-19]…This new virus has been given its own designation, SARS-CoV-3,” the report states.
“It easily evades immunity from previous COVID-19 infections and vaccinations, and the spread is exacerbated by the monsoon season, which keeps people indoors.”
With the U.S. Navy disabled by the virus, some predict that “the Chinese military will launch an attack on Taiwan in the first week of October, when the rains clear, and that the Chinese military will occupy Taiwan within 46 hours.” .
Half of Chinese soldiers and citizens have been “unknowingly vaccinated against SARS-CoV-3 under the guise of a standard COVID-19 booster immunization campaign,” meaning the virus has spread to the Chinese military. It has no impact.
Another scenario details the use of BCIs (“brain-computer interfaces”), similar to the technology being developed by companies such as Elon Musk's Neuralink. Neuralink aims to treat diseases by having a chip installed in the brain send commands to an output device.
One potential threat to U.S. national security that RAND researchers envision is that an “octogenarian Congressional leader'' could use a “state-of-the-art BCI'' that was “implanted in his brain.'' That is what we are doing.

The device “allows them to move and speak normally, especially with the help of political allies who hide their true status.”
But flaws in technology “impact”[s] “It expresses the user's temperament in a subtle and unobtrusive way,” the analyst said.
As a result, older members have “erratic behavior, forgetfulness, irrationality, and belligerent behavior toward fellow members, allies, and partners.”
“The American public is demoralized. Once friendly countries are beginning to distance themselves from the United States,” the study says.
The newspaper warned that China was giving the United States an advantage in promoting BCI research, saying, “Several China-based organizations are “researching China's military end-use and end-use systems, including what they call brain-controlled weapons.'' “We found that it uses 'biotechnological processes to assist users.' ”
