Special Counsel Finds Joe Biden ‘Willfully Retained’ Classified Docs — but Is Too Mentally Feeble to Prosecute

Special Counsel Robert Hur will not indict President Joe Biden over his handling of classified documents, but his report contained startling revelations report As for Biden’s deteriorating mental health, it’s probably even worse politically.

However, Mr. Hsu’s assessment that Mr. Biden’s memory was “severely limited” also influenced the decision not to prosecute.

“We also believe that at trial Mr. Biden will likely appear before the jury as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory, just as he was when we interviewed him.” the report states. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone that many jurors would want to clear reasonable doubt to.”

“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict a former president, who was already in his 80s, on serious felonies that required intentional insanity.”

Mr. Xu’s report includes numerous examples and assessments of Mr. Biden’s declining mental capacity and memory, stating: Biden’s memory also appeared to have significant limitations. ”

Shockingly, the report states, “He did not remember when his son Beau died, even years later.”

Biden has spoken frequently about his son Beau’s death from brain cancer, and has repeatedly attributed his death to his death in Iraq.

Perhaps worst of all, Biden can’t remember when he was vice president.

In an interview in our office… he didn’t remember when he was vice president, and he forgot about the first day of the interview when his term ended (“If it was 2013, when would you have been vice president?” Have you stopped?”). The second day of the interview, when his term began (“2009, Am I Still Vice President?”).

Despite Heo’s assessment of the likelihood of a prosecution in court, which reflects the legitimacy of not indicting Hillary Clinton in 2016, the evidence presented in the report was There is no doubt that the handling has been sloppy at best.

“Among the locations where Mr. Biden’s lawyers found classified documents in the garage was a damaged and opened box containing numerous hanging folders, file folders, and binders. The box…was in a mess. ,” the report states.

The report also revealed evidence that Biden disclosed confidential information to the book’s ghostwriter.

The release of the report comes amid fresh questions about Biden’s mental health. In 2024, Biden spoke about recent conversations with foreign leaders who died years ago.
