Russian President Vladimir Putin responded with a joke when asked by reporters about his reaction to President Biden’s latest jab.
This week, the US president made national headlines when he called Putin a “crazy SOB” during a speech on climate change at a fundraising dinner in California.
“This is the last existential threat. It’s the climate. We have crazy SOBs, we have this guy, we have President Putin, and we always have to worry about nuclear conflict,” Biden said. “But it is the climate that threatens the survival of humanity.”

Asked to comment on Biden’s “SOB” remarks on Thursday, Putin noted that he had previously supported Biden over his rival, former President Donald Trump.
