Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, the most anticipated witness in Trump’s trial, testified before the jury on Monday.

But his direct investigation is far from over.

Prosecutors hired a disbarred lawyer to prove that President Trump illegally falsified business records after paying former adult film star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election. used.

In his testimony, Cohen specifically acknowledged that he had secretly recorded Trump in the weeks before the 2016 election.

Defense attorneys have already told jurors that Cohen is a “confessed liar” with a “vengeance to get his hands on President Trump.”
