Attempted Assassination Bullet ‘Tore off Small Piece’ of Trump’s Ear

The assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump reportedly left him with a bullet in the side of his head, ripping off part of his ear.

“The doctors at the hospital said they’d never seen anything like this. They said it was a miracle,” Trump said. Said of New York Post on Sunday. “I wasn’t supposed to be here. I was supposed to be dead.”

of Post Michael Goodwin report Recounting his conversation with Trump about the attack, he described injuries he suffered after a bullet grazed his side of the head, noting that part of the former president’s ear had been ripped off, and said Secret Service intervention led to Trump suffering bruising.

He said he would have been killed if he had not turned his head slightly to the right to read a chart about illegal immigration, when the bullet that would have been fatal to him tore off part of his ear and splattered blood on his forehead and cheek.

Trump said he wanted to continue addressing supporters after Secret Service agents escorted him off the stage, but the agents told him it was not safe and he would have to be taken to a hospital.

He marveled at how agents came flying at him like “linebackers” as soon as the shooting began, unbuttoning his long-sleeved white shirt to reveal a large bruise on his right arm.

“They are [Secret Service] “They took him down with one bullet between the eyes,” Trump said. “They did a fantastic job,” he added. “It seems surreal to all of us.”

Trump also believes that God spared his life.”[I]Only God prevented the unthinkable from happening,” he said. Posts Sunday Truth Social:

Trump is scheduled to accept the Republican nomination at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee on Thursday night. He arrived in Milwaukee on Sunday evening without changing his plans.
