Corporate Media’s Kill List, So Far – Scalise, Kavanaugh, and Now Trump

In just seven years, the corporate media’s hate campaign against prominent Republican figures has incited and precipitated three assassination attempts, two of which were bloody.

Steve Scalise

In June 2017, supporters of far-left Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) opened fire on a group of Republican lawmakers practicing for the annual Congressional Charity Baseball Game, leaving then-House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) seriously injured and nearly killed, along with four others.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) told Fox News at the time:

I was at the stadium when Steven Scalise was nearly killed by a very angry and violent man fueled by left-wing rhetoric. This is not covered enough, but when he showed up at the stadium with a semi-automatic rifle, fired probably close to 200 rounds, shot five people, and nearly killed Steve Scalise, he was yelling, “This is for healthcare!” He also had a list in his pocket of the conservative members of Congress (Republicans) he was trying to kill.

Below are some of the major media reports from the weeks before the shooting:

CBS News:

House leaders on Thursday passed a vote that handed President Trump a major political victory, more than a month after Republicans suffered a humiliating defeat in their first attempt to pass health care legislation.

“After all, People will die “If this bill passes, people will die,” Mayor de Blasio said. “They’re trying to repeal the taxes that President Obama and Congress imposed on the wealthy to pay for our health care.” [emphasis added]

The Boston Globe: “Elizabeth Warren on Republican health care bill: ‘People will die'”

The Washington Post: “What we know about the Trump campaign’s ties to Russian interests”

Reuters: “Exclusive: Trump campaign had undisclosed contacts with at least 18 Russians: sources”

ConclusionHarvard University survey: CNN, NBC’s Trump coverage is 93% negative

And after unquestioningly repeating the absurd claim that “people will die” if Republicans repeal Obamacare, Bernie Bros yelled “This is for health care!” and tried to massacre the Republicans gathered at the baseball park.

And after relentlessly pushing the Russia collusion hoax, the Bernie Bros, who just a few weeks ago started a Change.org petition titled “Trump is a traitor. Trump has destroyed our democracy. Now is the time to destroy Trump and his allies,” tried to massacre a baseball stadium filled with Republican politicians.

To truly make a laughing stock of this horrific crime, two things happened: 1) within two days, major media outlets stopped covering the case, and 2) the disgraced FBI ruled the case a “suicide by cop.”

For months, in defense of Obamacare, the mainstream media has smeared Republicans and smeared Trump as a Russian traitor who stole the 2016 presidential election, leaving no one in any doubt that they were trying to encourage assassination.

Brett Kavanaugh

On June 8, 2022, a Trump-hating left-wing extremist traveled from California to Virginia with reported plans to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and then commit suicide. He was arrested around 1 a.m. not far from Kavanaugh’s home, in possession of “a tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, a screwdriver, a nail punch, a crowbar, and a pistol light.” [and] Packing tape[.]”

During the Supreme Court confirmation hearings in late 2018, the corporate media launched a hate crusade against Kavanaugh, attempting to dehumanize and delegitimize him. This included false accusations that Kavanaugh had engaged in gang rape. Additionally, during the confirmation hearings, the media incited hysterical left-wing protesters to storm the halls of Congress, corner and intimidate members of Congress, and delay and disrupt the vote. Years later, after Kavanaugh voted to overturn his confirmation as a Supreme Court justice, Roe v. Wade The media (and the White House) in 2022 Recommended Protesters tried to harass Kavanaugh at his home.

False serial rape charges and Roe v. Wade The plot to kill a woman and the focus on Kavanaugh’s private residence (using the protests) leave no doubt that the mainstream media was trying to incite the plot.

Donald Trump

On Saturday, the night of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, I recited nearly a decade’s worth of corporate media assassination dog whistles aimed at the former president. Moreover, the media makes no attempt to hide the fact that they want Trump dead. In fact, they openly fantasize about Trump’s plane crashing. They cheer on plays depicting Trump being massacred. And when the media likens Trump and his supporters to Nazis (which they have done countless times) and tells their audiences that Trump will “execute” his political opponents, they are not only calling for Trump’s assassination, they are making it a moral imperative.

and now…

The very media that is responsible for inciting and provoking these assassination attempts is calling on us to tone down our political rhetoric.

no.

The truth is not rhetoric, and the truth is this…

When the corporate media doesn’t get their way, they try to murder our leaders, encourage Antifa and Black Lives Matter domestic terrorists to burn and loot our cities, blame the victims, and blame us.

The world changed on Saturday night. It witnessed the bloody consequences of corporate media hatred. More people than ever before woke up to the truth that the media has become an assassin.
