FACT CHECK: Did Kamala Harris Claim A Congressional Candidate Needed To Be Deported?

U.S. prosecutors have issued an amended indictment that includes language that takes into account former President Donald Trump's immunity from prosecution for meddling in the 2020 election. Maxine Waters. The post shared a screenshot of the alleged post, which featured an image of Waters and Navarro.

“Your beautiful Auntie Maxine is right. MAGA Republican @realOmarNavarro should be banned from our country because he left the Democratic Party years ago,” the alleged post read, referring to Navarro's username. “This is a threat to our democracy! Never follow him!”
