RealClearPolitics Average Flips Pennsylvania in Favor of Donald Trump

Former President Donald Trump regained a narrow lead in the crucial battleground state of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, showing momentum with about 50 days until Election Day, according to a RealClearPolitics average.

Vice President Kamala Harris, who has been leading since August 2023, is currently Trail RealClearPolitics' average of new polls gave Trump a 0.2 percentage point lead.

The latest poll included in the RealClearPolitics average is from InsiderAdvantage. Gave Trump is leading Harris by 2 points, with most recent polls within the margin of error.

Since entering the race, Harris has held an average lead of just one point over Trump.

Pennsylvania is the epicenter of the 2024 election, with political observers saying whoever wins the Keystone State will win the election due to its size in the Electoral College, worth 19 points.

Georgia and North Carolina have also emerged as key battlegrounds, with polls showing Trump with a slight lead in North Carolina and roughly tied with Harris in Georgia.

If Trump wins North Carolina, the Harris campaign will face immense pressure to defend Georgia and the Rust Belt states, especially Pennsylvania.

Republicans have won North Carolina since former President Barack Obama briefly flipped it to the Democrats in 2008. President Joe Biden lost in 2020 by 1.34 percentage points.

Biden won Georgia in 2020 by 12,670 votes.
