Former President Donald Trump was spotted handing out burgers at a New York City bitcoin bar on Wednesday before a rally in Uniondale.
Video footage Posts Filmed by Margo Martin, Trump's deputy communications director, “X” shows President Trump serving up burgers at Pub Key, a cryptocurrency-themed bar in Manhattan.
“Anybody want a burger?” Trump asked the crowd at the bar before handing them out. “And this burger's good. These guys are good. This is the Cipher Burger.”
“No, this is a Bitcoin burger,” someone can be heard saying in the video.
“In fact, it should be called Bitcoin or Crypto,” Trump added.
other video The video shows Trump paying for his drink at the bar, marking the first time the president has publicly transacted using cryptocurrency.
“I just made my first transaction in Bitcoin,” Trump said. According to of New York Post.
The former president has previously said he would be a “crypto president” and has been a supporter of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
