School safety activist arrested in massive fentanyl ring was in charge of millions of taxpayer dollars for youth nonprofit

A Seattle-based violence safety activist was arrested on suspicion of taking a large quantity of fentanyl rings from his home while serving as executive director of a $1 million taxpayer-funded organization.
