A hysterical CNN guest compared former President Donald Trump to Hitler, then used his racial identity and sexual orientation to try to break up a discussion with a pro-Trump interlocutor.
Democratic strategist Aisha Mills commented on Erin Burnett's show. while discussing with Republican strategist David Urban. Mills said President Trump's recent comments on immigration mean he will execute LGBTQ+ people of color.
“As a black lesbian who doesn't believe that Donald Trump has better genes than he does, will he try to annihilate me if elected?”
“Listen, this is not the first time we've heard this kind of talk from Donald Trump. It smacks of authoritarianism and it harkens back to the days of Hitler,” Mills said.
“What he's saying is he wants to purge immigrants, right? He wants to get rid of all immigrants, and he's going to do some pretty awful harmful things to them because they don't have good genes. '' she continued.
Urban pushed back before Barnett could interrupt and challenge him.
“David, so is this rhetoric about believing in the racehorse theory of pedigree?” she asked.
“Listen, I'm not going to sit here and put up with this. I'm usually a very good guest, but Aisha, when you compare Donald Trump on October 7th to Adolf Hitler… is absolutely disgraceful,” Urban responded.
He also put President Trump's comments in context, as the candidate was referring to illegal aliens who have been convicted of murder and rape.
Mills persisted and grew angry at Urban.
“As a black lesbian who doesn't believe that Donald Trump has as good a gene as he does, will he try to annihilate me if elected?” she asked rhetorically.
“Really? Aisha, why would you believe that? Why would you believe that?” Urban shot back.
“Because he’s about to say that, David. So, okay, I’m not going to get lectured by white people who have no idea what they’re talking about and are trying to rewrite history here! '' Mills said.
