The Full List of President Donald Trump’s Executive Orders on Day One

President Donald Trump signed 118 executive orders, actions, and memorandums within hours of taking the oath of office on January 20, 2025.

They are:

  1. Canceling 78 Executive Orders by President Joe Biden. Cancellations include:
  • President Biden's order to make “equity” rather than “equality” the focus of federal policy.
  • President Biden orders that illegal aliens be included in the census.
  • Biden's order imposing coronavirus mandates and restrictions.
  • President Biden's order allowing transgender individuals to serve in the military.
  • Biden's ban on private prisons.
  • Biden's order to prioritize climate change. Relax immigration enforcement.
  • Biden orders the International Criminal Court (ICC) to lift sanctions.
  • Biden ordered a court-packing commission to permanently make the Supreme Court more liberal.
  • Biden's order to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in federal hiring.
  • Biden orders restrictions on offshore oil and gas development.
  • Biden's order to impose sanctions on Israelis associated with the political right.
  • President Biden's order rescinding Cuba's designation as a state sponsor of terrorism. and
  • Mr. Biden ordered the revocation of many of Mr. Trump's first-term executive orders.
