USAA sues Regions over remote check cashing technology – AL.com

UNITED Services Automobile Association has appealed to Birmingham -based Financial Corp., and USA has used a patented check -paid technique without permission to permit its own interests.

The lawsuit, which was submitted to the US District Court in eastern Texas on Tuesday, is seeking damage, penalties and expenses.
