Trump’s new lawyers move to appeal New York criminal conviction over ‘misuse’ of law

President Donald Trump secured a new legal team when he moved bring the action The New York criminal convicted ruling found that JU was guilty of all 34 counts that forgery business records.

Earlier this month, Judge Juan Murchan declared Trump for “unconditional discharge.” In other words, the president does not face prison time, fines, or insight supervision. The ruling did not hinder Trump's ability to return to the White House for the second phase, but he officially solidified his beliefs of his felony, and allowed him to start the appeal process.

“The misuse of criminal law by Manhattan DA, which targets President Trump, has set a dangerous precedent.”

During his ruling, Trump called the case “retreat for New York”.

“It was done to impair my reputation, so I lost the election, but it didn't work,” said Trump.

“I was charged with legal expenses,” he continued. “I just think it's embarrassing for New York.”

Trump's new legal team, led by Robert Juffula, led the Sullivan and Chromewell to formally launch the process on Tuesday and submit a notification to appeal.

Juffula and some other Sullivan & Chromewell lawyers -James McDonald, Morgan Ratner, Jeff Wall, and Matthew Schwartz will submit legal briefs to claim conviction in the coming months. It is planned.

Trump was previously represented by Todd Blanche and Emil Beave in the New York case, but accused the adult film actress, Stormy Daniels, hiding the payment of hash money.

Since Trump's victory in November of the presidential election, Bowb has become a deputy chief of the Judicial Ministry of Justice. Trump nominated Blanche as Vice Secretary. He is currently waiting for confirmation.

“The misuse of the criminal law by Manhattan DA, targeting President Trump, is looking forward to the case of a dangerous precedent and rejected the appeal,” he continued.

The appeal is first trial in the Court of Appeals in New York, then moved to the Supreme Supreme Court, Albanie Court.

Albin Blug, a member of the Manhattan regional prosecutor, has the opportunity to respond to Trump discussions on appeal.
