A federal judge made a decision Wednesday evening to restore President Donald Trump's postponed resignation program for federal workers.
Massachusetts US District Judge George O'Toole has ruled.
The postponed resignation program, also known as the administration's “Folk in the Road” offer, involved asking government workers to stay or leave after they mandated Trump to return to office shortly after taking office. .
