The U.S. Supreme Court has sided with the Trump administration in a lawsuit challenging the freezing of federal funds from the U.S. International Development Agency.
Temporarily the best court on the land It's blocked Orders from US District Judge Amir H. Ali until the court could become more heavily on the case.
Ali had given the Trump administration until midnight to release billions of international aid until the Supreme Court intervened.
The decision was made by default by Secretary John Roberts. Lord sides Through emergency animals from the capital. He can decide to wipe out Ali's orders or introduce them to the full court for votes.
Democrats argued that the Trump administration is acting unconstitutionally by trying to shut down federal funds approved by Congress.
