Authorities say Haitian immigrants who were charged with triple murder in Fayetteville, North Carolina, allegedly murdered several members of his family last week.
The Fayetteville Police Department said 26-year-old Mackendy Darbooz has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, allegedly murdering 77-year-old Beatrice Desil.
Police responded to the home around 9am on February 21 after receiving reports of a stab wound at the home.
When officers arrived, they found three individuals suffering from internal stab wounds. Two of the victims were boys and the third victim was an elderly woman, later identified as Desir.

Local ABC station in Raleigh reported that authorities said Dalbowes greeted police at the door, bleeding into his hands, face and pants.
At the time of the stab wound, authorities added that there were three other children in the house.
Authorities also said surveillance footage showed Daubouse walking around with a knife, and during a preliminary investigation, investigators found a knife with blood in his room.
Darbooz was arrested at the scene and is currently not being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center.

US Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) told Fox News that Darboos jumped into the United States in July 2024 as part of Biden's mass parole program for Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV) immigrants.
Darbouze also doesn't speak English, Ice said, and their staff interviewed him on Creole.
Ice has filed a detainee with Darbouze.

The controversial CHNV program, implemented under the Biden administration in 2022, initially allowed asylum seekers in Venezuela to be paroleed to the United States for up to two years if anyone agreed to support them financially. Cuba, Haiti and Nicaragua were added to the list of supported countries in 2023, allowing 30,000 people from four countries to enter the United States per month.
The Biden administration touted the program's success by reducing the number of individuals attempting to illegally cross the US southern border on land, but the total number of migrants entering the country did not slow down.
The program was further scrutinized after Jose Ibarra, a Venezuelan national paroched by the US under CHNV in 2022, attacked and eventually killed University of Georgia student Laiken Riley.

While President Donald Trump closed the program on his first day in office by an executive order, Rutrell noted that more than 50,000 people have been paroled to the United States at airport ports across the country.
