MSNBC’s Joy Reid went on antisemitic ‘rant:’ Former assistant

Former MSNBC host Joy Reid appeared on “Malicious Anti-Semitic Voice.” She denounced Orthodox Jews for the spread of Covid-19 in New York City, the network's former production assistant.

In the summer of 2020, the left-handed former “there” host is said to have torn apart the Orthodox Jews who said they “respectfully care about themselves.”

The former PA, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said she is now talking about how the lead was x because “people should know what her character is.”

“They're why Covid is spreading in New York,” the former staffer claimed that Reid hadn't tried on a morning conference call. “They don't care about Covid or spreading it to others.”

Former staff member claims that Joy Reid had made anti-Semitic rants during Covid.

“I was shocked that she called out the group and generalized it,” said the former Jewish PA.

She remembered.

“No one called her [saying] “Maybe we shouldn't generalize.” Imagine saying other groups about other groups, even if they were true.

“I remember feeling shocked. I was shocked by her ignorance and how it sounded anti-Semitic.”

The source, who spoke up at the meeting and felt “blackmailed” as a young staff member, sent a loose message later that day to her boss, then-producer Lorena Lewis.

In a message shared this week, she expressed deep concern over the “100% anti-Semitism” comments.

She asked her boss to consider “collective responsibility.” Many Orthodox Jews are “part of many physicians, risking their lives every day, and risking their lives every day to treat their communal patients.”

Lewis replied that there are “good points” for younger staff.

“Joy can be very inadvertent about her language,” she wrote, adding, “Fortunately, she generally has better air than the phone.”

“It was a very hypocritical atmosphere. While Reid's Shetick has spoken out for the so-called marginalized group, he said there was no problem denouncement of the Jews for spreading the virus, sources said.

The staff who worked on Chris Matthews' “Hardball” show was now 28 years old and still works in the media until the cancellation was made in early 2020. She admitted that she felt “I was very alone and working with someone I didn't understand.”

After Reed was recently tinned, former staff member emailed MSNBC President Rebecca Kutler to express her “sense of security” after witnessing Reed's “deeply nasty behaviour, especially her sleazy anti-Semitism.”

“In the last few years, I have not talked about it except for close friends and family,” she said with regret.. “I always felt heavy on my chest.

“Maybe I should have told someone higher, or even her. [Reid] She herself should have spoken more. ”

NBCuniversal declined to comment. Reed, her agent, Lewis, also did not reply to a message.
