Trump’s DOJ Invokes State Secrets Privilege in Response to Judge Boasberg’s Probe into Deportation of Gang Members

Attorney General Pam Bondy summoned the state's secret privileges in response to an investigation from Judge James Boasberg into deportation flights of Tren de Aragau and MS-13 gang members in the early March.

As reported by the Breitbart News, Trump has called for the alien enemy laws and began deporting hundreds of illegal alien gang members at Tren de Aragua and the MS-13 Gangs.

The left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Soros-related democracy sued the Trump administration to stop the deportation on behalf of five illegal aliens accused of gang members, but two planes of nearly 300 gang members have already taken off for El Salvador.

Boasburg issued A temporary restraining order to stop Trump from using alien enemies is issued to deport illegal alien gang members. Trump officials said they received orders from Boasberg when gang members had already landed in El Salvador.

Since then, Boasberg has sought details from the Department of Justice (DOJ) for the number of gang members on each flight, when the flight took off from the US, when it landed in El Salvador, and when the men were handed over to Salvador officials.

This week's Bondy Sent “Notice calling the national secret privilege” regarding details of Boasberg deportation flights.

“The administrator will notify the court that no further information will be provided in response to the court's micro-order on March 18, 2025, when he filed the State's secret privileges and the declaration of Homeland Security at the same time,” wrote Bondy.

This is an example of the President's true office, which stems from Article 2 and the mandate of voters, reinforced by long-standing law, where the country removes it from designated terrorists and excludes it from state-sponsored invasions and predatory invasions into the United States. The court has all the facts necessary to address the previous compliance issues. Further intrusions of the administrative department present the harms of dangerous and completely unfair separation in relation to diplomatic and national security concerns that the court lacks the capacity to deal with. Thus, the state keeps its privileges secret, seizing further demands for details that are not present in this matter, and the government will address the court order that marks tomorrow by showing that there is no basis for a proposal to violate the non-binding order. [Emphasis added]

For the reasons mentioned above, The government invokes the state's secret privilege and refuses to respond further Court orders for 2025 on March 18th. [Emphasis added]

Trump and Congressional Republicans have made their neglect to Boasberg's temporary restraining order blocking the administration from deporting gang members through alien enemy laws.

Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) submitted an article on the perk each last week to Boasberg and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) this week. Submit A law prohibiting federal judges from issuing national injunctions.

“The purpose of Judge Boasberg's unconstitutional ruling is to bind President Trump's time and litigation resources and stop him from fulfilling his Democratic duties,” Gill wrote. “This ruling is a fundamental attack on our democratic institutions.”
