WASHINGTON – Executive Order President Donald Trump is scheduled to sign on Wednesday. It includes an order that ensures that school discipline policies are not based on DEIs and an order that limits the use of different legal theories of impact liability, Breitbart News learned.
White House documents provided to Breitbart News say Trump’s expected education order aims to strengthen classroom safety and order by ensuring that disciplinary policies are based on student behavior rather than “DEI” policies.
“The order requires new guidance to local and state educational institutions on school discipline, highlighting compliance with Title VI protection against racism and preferences,” the document states.
“We continue to use racially-prioritized discipline practices to call for appropriate action against educational institutions that do not comply with Title VI,” the document adds.
The order further calls for the President to be provided with “an analysis of DEI-based school discipline and its outcomes and measures to ensure that federal funds support racially-prioritized policies, including nonprofits, and do not propose discipline policies that are rooted in American values.”
The White House points out that former President Barack Obama’s administration took action in 2014 to encourage schools to embrace policies that “equalize disciplinary rates by race” rather than simply using student behavior as a discipline basis.
Second Trump is expected to sign Following White House documents, it limits the use of legal theories of different impact liability.
The order excludes the use of legal theory “in different contexts in different contexts,” according to the White House, which states that the theory is unconstitutional.
“The different shocking responsibility is the legal theory that differences in outcomes between race, gender, or similar groups represent illegal discrimination even without discriminatory intentions or policies, but the theory violates the guarantee of equal treatment of all by requiring racially oriented policies and practices for the outcomes of rebalancing along racial boundaries.
The order, according to the documents, will light the use of different impact liability against the environment and retract the presidential lawsuit “instructs all agencies to take away regulations and enforcement of regulations, including different impact liability.”
Additionally, Attorney General PAM Bondi has been directed to amend or abolish regulations under Title XI, “Considering liability for different impacts,” but the administration “assesssssssss and consent decisions that rely on different theories of shocking liability.”
The president is expected to sign an executive order at 5pm ET.
