83-Year-Old Man Vandalized 5 Teslas at Long Island Shopping Mall, Says Trump Should ‘F*cking Die’

The 83-year-old is accused of causing $23,000 in damages on five Tesla vehicles at a shopping mall on Long Island, and has said he would “death” about Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his misdeeds against President Trump.

New York Post Report Victor Dibergilio, an 83-year-old resident of Long Island, New York, is charged with criminal mischief after allegedly scratching five Tesla vehicles parked at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City on Sunday afternoon. According to criminal charges, Divergilio used the key to cut open the vehicle, resulting in an estimated $23,000 in damages.

Police report said Divergilio initially denied the allegations when faced with video footage of the incident, saying, “Yeah, it’s me, but I wasn’t ky the car. However, the complaint also stated that Divergilio had violent rants about Tesla CEO Elon Musk and President Trump, saying, “Musk owns Tesla Yea, he’s been dumped at the end of the month.

In a brief phone interview with post On Wednesday, Divergilio sang another song, denied the allegations, suggesting that the case was misunderstood. “If I did anything against him, it wouldn’t just scratch their cars,” he said, referring to Musk, but he admitted that he wasn’t a fan of the billionaire who led the Trump administration’s Office of Government Efficiency Reduction. “Well, I don’t like him, but I never do that,” added Divergilio.

During his arrest at Nassau County Criminal Court Wednesday morning, Divergilio was ordered to receive a mental health assessment by a judge and was released. He is scheduled to return to court on April 30th.
