The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) filed detention cases against a man in Honduras this week. The Honduras man lives illegally in the United States and faces an attempted murder charge on suspicion of a shooting in Memphis last week.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in a press release that 24-year-old ENOC Martinez is facing a five-count attempted murder.
Fox 13 Memphis reported that Memphis police said the shooting fuss began shortly after noon Saturday, when the shooting responded to reports of the shooting.
One man was seriously injured in the suspect's previous incident and was later identified as Martinez and left.
Almost 15 minutes later, police responded to the second shooting. Then, three minutes later, police found the suspect who allegedly fired two more vehicles.

“The immunity allowed violent criminal foreigners to terrorize American towns and cities through cross-border policies,” said DHS Deputy Chief Tricia McLaughlin. “Under President Trump and his secretary [Kristi] Noem's leadership, Ice works round the clock to get rid of the worst and worst from our community. If you are illegally here and breaking the law, we will corner you, arrest you, lock you up. ”
