High-end property tycoons face fresh accusations in sex trafficking case

Federal prosecutors have filed new charges against the Alexander brothers, who were among three Miami businessmen arrested in December for allegedly running a sophisticated sex trafficking operation.

The updated indictment includes additional accusations and victims, claiming that Aron, Oren, and Tall Alexander conspired to exploit vulnerable women and minors for profit through coercion, fraud, and force.

The charges encompass conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, several counts of sexual trafficking by means of force or fraud, and facilitating travel for illegal sexual activities.

All three brothers are implicated in incidents involving at least five adult victims, while Taru and Aron Alexander face extra charges related to the trafficking of minors.

Tall Alexander is specifically named in five of the nine charges against him, which include trafficking minors, substance abuse, interstate transportation, and possession of explicit images without consent.

If found guilty, the brothers could face decades in federal prison.

Moreover, the updated indictment allows federal prosecutors to gather more evidence and potentially file additional charges.

The brothers are currently detained with individuals such as the notorious rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs and United Healthcare CEO Luigi Mangione at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The allegations suggest that the brothers used their wealth and influence to lure women into nightclubs and parties, where they allegedly drugged and assaulted them.

The trial is scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, with a preliminary hearing on July 15, 2025.

Oren and Tall Alexander are known for co-founding real estate firms that have gained prominence, particularly after aligning with Douglas Elliman in various locations, including New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, as noted by prosecutors.

Past clients of theirs reportedly include celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Liam Gallagher, and Lindsay Lohan.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Oren’s attorney from Klugh Wilson LLC characterized the case as “an eager and unfair pursuit.”

The attorney claimed that the government’s renewed efforts were just another misstep, stating, “It’s simply another swing and a miss by the government, which has lost its way in this unfair pursuit.”

Tall’s lawyers, Deanna Paul and Milton Williams, argued that the new charges essentially reiterate the previous case without introducing significant changes.

They expressed their concern that the government is attempting to stretch the law beyond its intended limits to fit their narrative.

Fox News Digital has reached out to Alon’s lawyer for further comment.
