Fetterman Criticizes Party’s Border Security Stance

Pennsylvania Democratic Senator John Fetterman, along with GOP Senator Dave McCormick, recently emphasized the necessity of border security during a joint forum.

“I think I may have lost some support within the party. I mean, I believe borders are crucial, and honestly, our party hasn’t really managed the border well,” Fetterman shared in an interview with Shannon Breem for a Fox Nation presentation on the Senate Project Series.

“Look at the numbers of people at our borders, which range from 267,000 to 300,000. To put that in perspective, that’s about the same size as Pittsburgh. We can’t just brush that off. It’s clearly a national security concern, and, quite frankly, it’s confusing.”
