Needless to say, the era of mainstream media has come to an end. The outlet, once a trusted news source, is now dismissed as a relic of a dead system.
It didn’t have to be like this. The mainstream outlet has acquired the name “Legacy Media.” They excavated their graves with uncooperative propaganda, gatekeeping and centralized control.
The question is, what was the last nail of mainstream media ffin?
“I answered this question in The Episode,” said Ben Shapiro, co-founder and editor of Daily Wire. Glenbeck Podcast. ”

Shapiro recalls “Another Gate” in 2004, when CBS News’ Dan aired a fake memo questioning President George W. Bush’s National Guard.
When that happened, “people on our side were saying, ‘Oh, the mainstream media is dead,'” he says, but they were wrong, but corporate media “we spent the next 20 years proving that they certainly weren’t dead.”
“They could define stories, they could lie, and they could really define how Americans thought about the various issues ranging from BLM to Covid to Rusiagate,” Shapiro tells Glenn.
He argues that the actual death of mainstream media took place last year.
“I think 2024 was the definitive nail in the co. It’s probably the last nail in ffin for legacy media,” he says.
Ironically, it was a sleepy Joe who shot the final arrow.
“Joe Biden, whose debate with Trump is perhaps the most important political moment of our life, wasn’t just that it kicked him out of the race.
“Literally a few weeks before that discussion, they said it was a cheap fake to show him a tape of him leading him off the stage because he didn’t know where he was in hell, so they kept that story consistent.
Shapiro recalls that the camera panned to Biden shortly after the debate began.
“You said, ‘Oh my god, Death was going to take him in this middle. He can actually see the horrible Grim Reaper with a sickle standing on the side,” he joked, comparing the spectacle to a “episode of the Twilight Zone.”
“I think so that At the moment, the legacy media died. ”
Mainstream media tried to pretend to be shocked at Biden’s performance, but the secret is “they’ve known for years.”
“These people lie and lie on the agenda,” says Shapiro.
And that’s something that the American people don’t tolerate.
