State authorities have announced that another real estate agent has been charged with the crime of reducing the price of the fatal mountain fire victims that destroy the Southern California community.

On Tuesday, Rob Bonta, California Corporation, announced that the state has filed a complaint to an unnamed real estate agent.

Bonta stated in a survey that after evacuating with an Eaton fire, his family began searching for rental through real estate agents and asked about renting a Glendale house.

Prosecutors say that real estate agents provided their families a Glendale rental home, but the rent is more than 50 % higher than the rent before the fire.

Cal Fire reported that more than 12,000 houses, companies, and schools were lost in fire, and more than 100,000 people had to leave the house.
