Radio host Charlamagne the God seemed surprised by exit polls showing President-elect Trump won 33% of non-white voters, and said it boils down to kitchen table issues.
“What do you think about the demographics here? I mean, Trump won one in three voters of color,” ABC's John Karl said, to which Charlamagne was surprised. It looked like it was. The radio host said, “No,” and asked again, “Are you sure?”
Karl focused on national results. exit pollingfound that one in three voters of color support Trump in the 2024 election.
“When you say color, do you mean black, brown, and everything else? Oh, well, I think people have different issues that they care about, and they vote with only a single issue in mind. I don't think anyone would.'' I think part of this is a backlash against race, gender, and identity politics, but most people are trying to keep food on the table and keep a roof over their heads. That’s all I care about,” he said.

And, you know, there was no vibrancy at all, and I think the vice president put a lot of people on the couch and at least got them interested in Biden, and everyone just got knocked out and fell asleep. ” he said.
